Refund Policy

This website does not process orders. Refunds are handled by the seller and by ClickBank, the retailer.
What applies
- The seller's Terms say: "For Digital Products, you may get a refund on any purchase requested within 90 days of your initial purchase."
- The ClickBank checkout lists "The Genius Song (90-Day 100% Money Back Guarantee)" and states "return or replacement of any product within 90 days from the date of purchase".
- The sales page order box shows a "90-Day Money Back Guarantee".
The fine print
The seller's separate /TOS/refunds/ page is a leftover policy for "NeuroActivate" bottles (60 days, unopened bottles only, return address in Tallmadge, OH). The Terms also contain a shipping policy for physical goods. Neither fits a digital audio track. The Terms' 90-day rule for digital products and the ClickBank 90-day policy are the ones that apply.
Requesting a refund
Contact ClickBank order support at 1-800-390-6035 (clkbank.com) with your order details, and keep your ClickBank receipt. Your card statement will show CLKBANK*Genius Song. Product questions go to [email protected].
